Senior Sustainability & Resilience Consultant

• Lead the delivery of climate risk, adaptation and resilience projects for public and private sector clients.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to consultants, graduates and emerging professionals.
• Build trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow AECOM's Sustainability and Resilience services.
• Lead proposals, bids and work-winning activities, contributing to the continued growth of the business.

This role directly contributes to New Zealand's response to climate change by developing practical adaptation and resilience strategies for public and private sector clients, helping communities and infrastructure become more resilient to climate impacts.

• Experienced consultant with technical expertise in climate risk, adaptation and resilience.
• Ability to lead complex client engagements and manage projects from proposal to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills for climate projections, technical data and risk assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills for workshops and reporting.
