Senior Structural Engineer (Substation Focus) - Remote (US)

• Act as structural lead and engineer of record for substations, switchyards, and other electrical infrastructure projects.
• Perform engineering calculations and develop analytical models for structural steel and concrete design.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop general arrangements, vendor procurement packages, and project standards.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and contract documents; mentor junior engineers.

• Depth of experience in substation design and civil/structural design for heavy industrial clients.
• Proficiency in structural steel and concrete design, engineering calculations, and analytical modeling.
• Ability to work with project managers on workload forecasts, design schedules, and budgets.
• Experience with proposal support and business development strategy for substation and high voltage infrastructure.
