• Execute service work at customer sites, adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, install, test, commission, and start-up new power equipment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing recommendations on equipment performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams, bringing field service expertise.

This role ensures optimal performance of power products, contributing to a sustainable energy future by maintaining reliable power equipment.

• At least 5 years of electrical field service experience or relevant substation/transformer experience.
• Hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing power transformers and power system equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Canadian driver's license and acceptable driving record.
