Senior Structural Engineer - Remote (US)

• Act as structural lead and engineer of record for substations, switchyards, and other electrical infrastructure projects.
• Perform engineering calculations and develop analytical models for structural steel and concrete design.
• Collaborate with project engineers and managers on workload forecasts, design schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor junior civil/structural engineers and contribute to department standards development.

• Depth of experience in substation design and civil/structural design for heavy industrial clients.
• Proficiency in structural steel and concrete design, including engineering calculations and analytical modeling.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with multi-discipline collaboration and business development strategy.
