Senior Strategy Advisor

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to setting the overall strategic direction of BU Offshore.
• Scope, align, and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects, delivering convincing storytelling, innovative concepts, and effective presentations.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and support development of junior strategy advisors.

This role directly contributes to Vattenfall's mission of achieving fossil freedom by driving strategic initiatives in offshore wind, a key renewable energy source, thereby accelerating the decarbonisation of society.

• Strong strategic and commercial thinking with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in management consulting or strategy functions.
• Ability to work in an international setting with senior management exposure.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and analytical skills.
