Senior Strategist (Asia)

• Develop and implement strategies to shift finance out of LNG and fossil fuel expansion in Asia.
• Identify key leverage points across public and private finance and hold financial institutions accountable.
• Build trusting relationships with climate movement allies and scale campaigns through collaboration.
• Convene network collaboration, represent Sunrise at public fora, and manage grants to partner organizations.

This role directly contributes to scaling the climate justice movement in Asia, shifting capital away from LNG and fossil fuel expansion, and accelerating the transition to renewable energy.

• Experienced campaign strategist with a track record of achieving real-world outcomes and commitment to social justice.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, financial institutions, and finance policy.
• Demonstrated experience in climate, renewable energy, ESG, or sustainability.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to collaborate with CSOs in Asia.
