Mission

What you will drive

  • Support development of fusion policy positions, reports, and roadmaps across U.S. federal, state, and European contexts.
  • Engage with policymakers and stakeholders to advance fusion energy policy priorities such as appropriations, tax incentives, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-regional advocacy efforts and contribute to strategy development and execution.
  • Draft policy briefs, reports, blog posts, and other written outputs to support external communications and thought leadership.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; 3+ years of professional experience in energy, climate, technology, or public policy (advanced degree may count toward experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in energy or climate policy with exposure to regulatory or legislative processes; experience conducting policy research and writing for advocacy.
  • Ability to work across regions (U.S. and Europe) and engage with stakeholders across government, industry, or civil society.
