Senior Staff Software Engineer

• Partner with engineering teams to co-deliver complex work across platform modernization, product evolution, and new product initiatives.
• Lead technical direction for large, cross-team initiatives aligned to long-term platform strategy.
• Build infrastructure that embeds AI into engineering workflows and design tools that reduce manual effort through automation.
• Raise the technical ceiling of teams, drive alignment, and create durable artifacts like runbooks and decision logs.

This role helps evolve how engineering gets done by integrating AI as a collaborator, improving quality and leverage across teams, and enabling faster, more reliable delivery of software that powers complex financial reporting and compliance for large organizations.

• 6+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software systems.
• Experience leading technical strategy and architecture across teams.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development, including shipping real work with AI as a primary development collaborator.
• Strong background in distributed systems and platform architecture.

Salary range in the US: $151,000.00 - $242,000.00
