Mission
What you will drive
- Own environmental test execution for spacecraft acceptance and protoflight campaigns, including vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and thermal vacuum tests.
- Serve as primary technical authority during test operations, assess data in real time, and develop recovery plans for off-nominal events.
- Ensure test readiness by validating configurations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supervising test fixture procurement and assembly.
- Drive continuous improvement of environmental test processes, facility capabilities, and operational efficiency.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Thermal, or Electro-Mechanics/Robotics Engineering.
- Experience owning vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and thermal vacuum test campaigns for flight or flight-like hardware.
- Knowledge of spacecraft systems, structural dynamics, vibration theory, heat transfer, and environmental verification standards.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD & FEA (or equivalent) and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
