Senior Solutions Consultant - Partnerships

• Act as a Financial Reporting subject matter expert for EMEA partners, positioning Workiva's value to executive stakeholders.
• Deliver live demos, solutioning workshops, and technical storytelling to showcase platform capabilities.
• Enable partners on complex use cases such as statutory, fund, and transfer pricing reporting.
• Develop scalable enablement assets, including demo scripts, guides, and playbooks.

This role helps organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny by enabling partners to effectively sell Workiva's platform, which unifies finance, risk, and sustainability reporting.

• 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Presales, Consulting, Partner Enablement, Technical Sales, or similar.
• Strong domain expertise in Financial Reporting, multi-entity reporting, statutory reporting, consolidation, country-by-country reporting, fund reporting, transfer pricing, or similarly complex reporting environments.
• Experience working in Big 4 or large advisory firms (preferred).
• Knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle (preferred).
