Senior Solutions Architect (AI Solutions)

• Partner with Solution Engineers on strategic customer opportunities to design scalable, supportable solution architectures, including integrations, APIs, automation workflows, and AI-enabled processes.
• Build internal tools, automations, reusable assets, and AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency across sales, account management, business development, and governance teams.
• Establish reusable solution patterns, architecture standards, playbooks, and implementation frameworks to improve consistency and scalability across teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface recurring customer needs and product gaps that influence roadmap priorities.

This role enables weather-sensitive industries to operate faster and more resiliently by designing AI-powered solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency, ultimately helping organizations proactively manage weather-related risks and enhance safety.

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS solution architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles combining technical depth with business enablement.
• Strong expertise in APIs, integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), distributed systems, automation, data pipelines, and multi-system workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies, LLM workflows, agentic systems, or AI-powered productivity and automation use cases.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, and tools for prototyping, integrations, automation, and data analysis.
