Senior Software Engineer

• Build and ship features across the full stack (React/TypeScript frontend, Python backend) for the Onboarding Systems team.
• Design, plan, and execute end-to-end project initiatives from scoping through production deployment.
• Own development and enhancement of internal and external tooling for delivering line capacity upgrades and sensor data products to utility clients.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and consistent feedback.

Your code will translate real-world sensor data from transmission lines into operational decisions at the largest utilities in the country, enabling affordable, reliable power and accelerating the electrification of the global economy.

• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; experience with React for frontend development.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and working within cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred).
• Proven ability to own production-level deployments, including monitoring, incident response, and post-deployment validation.
• Comfort working across the stack - from database schema through UI.
