Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
  • Plan project on-site activities together with Senior Management Team and Project Manager, including resources, equipment, and milestones.
  • Serve as project representative on site, building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure correct handling, storage, and installation of equipment, and manage sub-contractors to achieve quality and progress.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's in electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent skills.
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience as Site Manager in construction and/or installation business.
  • Good understanding of transmission regulations and current HSE legislation.
  • Proven leadership skills with collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
