Senior SAP Business Process Owner

• Own the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of assigned end-to-end SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Define and enforce master data quality rules and governance practices.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and validate technical solutions.
• Lead user acceptance testing, including scenario design, authorization validation, and defect triage.

This role enables Hitachi Energy to optimize its SAP S/4HANA processes, improving operational efficiency and data quality, which supports the company's mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

• 10+ years in business process, operations, marketing and sales, or SAP functional roles, including 5+ years with accountable ownership of an end-to-end process.
• Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge, or ECC with migration experience, in at least one core module.
• Demonstrated master data expertise, advanced Excel capability, and the ability to specify and validate data extracts.
• Lean/Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, or SAP certification.
