Role details
Lead senior recruitment across multiple functions for a global cash-transfer NGO, sourcing talent proactively across sub-Saharan Africa.
- Own end-to-end senior searches (6–8 weeks) in programs, tech, and other functions; map markets and build pipelines from scratch through outbound sourcing.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers up to c-suite; drive process, hold timelines, and challenge assumptions to unblock stuck searches.
- Maintain clean pipelines in Greenhouse, track conversion metrics, and use funnel data to diagnose issues and push decisions forward.
- Coach junior recruiters on sourcing and search craft; build and model consistent processes across the team.
- Requires 5+ years recruiting senior roles in tech-forward INGOs or mission-driven startups, plus recent sub-Saharan Africa market experience.
