Senior Quality Manager

• Oversee quality compliance, vendor management, data systems, and process improvement for wheat flour fortification across India's open market.
• Lead and develop a team of Quality Systems Managers to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive data-backed solutions for operational gaps.
• Drive strategic planning and execution of quality initiatives, including AI-based Iron Spot Testing rollout.

This role directly strengthens quality systems for wheat flour fortification, ensuring millions of people in India receive essential nutrients, thereby improving public health and reducing malnutrition.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in public health, nutrition, food technology, management, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent people management, communication (English and Hindi), and problem-solving skills.
• Growth mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
