Senior Pursuit Manager

• Lead and manage strategic pursuits/bids from positioning through to submission, ensuring compliant and effective delivery.
• Develop win plans including value proposition, partnering strategy, and competitor analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working, sharing best practices.
• Mentor and support junior personnel to develop capability and confidence.

This role drives strategic growth for Ramboll's UK&I service offering, contributing to the company's ambition to be 'The Partner for Sustainable Change' and accelerating the sustainable transition.

• Proven experience in pursuit/bid management in similar business sectors/industry, with evidence of leading significant/strategic pursuits/bids.
• Understanding and experience of applying best practice pursuit/bid process (e.g., Shipley) and sharing best practice with others.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with ability to build relationships across sector and hierarchy.
• Writing skills and ability to multi-task, delegate, and work well under pressure.
