Senior Protection & Control Engineer

• Prepare and review electrical drawings for transmission and distribution substation protection projects.
• Prepare relay setting files for SEL, GE, and other protective relays.
• Prepare generation interconnection drawings for conventional and renewable energy resources.
• Take responsibility for timely completion of projects while meeting quality and budget objectives.

This role contributes to designing the grid of the future, enabling the integration of renewable energy and modernizing the electrical grid for a sustainable and resilient energy future.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with seven years of experience.
• US state Professional Engineer License, or ability to gain within six months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for SLDs and three-line diagrams.
• Familiar with SEL Quickset, SEL RTAC, GE Enervista UR Setup, and power system protection analysis tools (ETAP, ASPEN).
