Senior Project Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders from pre-contract award through project closeout.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including pre-construction planning, design coordination, construction execution, and commissioning.
• Develop and own project schedules, budgets, and financial obligations to meet profitability targets.
• Lead procurement, subcontracting, and coordination of site activities to ensure safety, quality, and project standards.

This role drives the expansion of ICON's innovative 3D-printed construction technology, enabling faster, more sustainable building solutions that demonstrate the potential of advanced manufacturing in addressing housing and infrastructure challenges.

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale construction projects, including design-build delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Bluebeam).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
