Senior Project Manager, Global Dividend Fund

In this role, you'll stand up a new global wealth fund, building it from a research project into an operating entity with legal structure, governance, and distribution capability.

• Own the Fund's build plan, sequencing legal, governance, partnership, and fundraising workstreams against key milestones.
• Manage external counsel across jurisdictions, translating complex legal advice into actionable decisions.
• Drive partnership development and fundraising end to end, from materials through funder due diligence.
• Establish governance structures, internal systems, and pilot the Fund's first distribution.

This role creates positive change by establishing a global wealth fund that can channel resources toward high-impact causes, potentially transforming how capital is deployed for social good.

• Senior project management experience, ideally in fund formation, legal structuring, or similar complex multi-workstream initiatives.
• Ability to manage external counsel and translate legal advice into decisions.
• Experience in partnership development and fundraising.
• Strong organizational and governance skills.
