Senior Project Manager - Energy

• Manage assigned projects from basis of design through issuance of deliverables, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management.
• Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings, design reviews, and equipment fabrication reviews at key milestones.
• Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and contract negotiation.

This role advances cleaner, more secure, and sustainable energy solutions by managing projects in renewable, traditional steam, thermal power generation, and advanced nuclear technologies, including first-of-a-kind fusion energy programs.

• Strong understanding of engineering design, interconnection, utility markets, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead matrixed design teams and manage client-approved engineering consultants.
• Experience managing project lifecycle from feasibility through commissioning.
