Senior Project Management Consultant

• Manage project operations and infrastructure, maintaining tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to ensure organized and accessible documentation.
• Drive meeting effectiveness by coordinating and facilitating team meetings, capturing decisions and action items, and tracking follow-through.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, support cross-workstream coordination, and partner on organizational change management and training efforts.

This role supports the modernization and standardization of public health data systems in Massachusetts, strengthening local health departments' ability to demonstrate capacity, outcomes, and compliance, ultimately advancing equity and improving community health outcomes.

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience, including 4+ years in a consulting firm environment.
• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience synthesizing complex information.
