What you will drive
- In this role, you'll lead RP's effort to empirically evaluate which research and operational tasks AI can reliably augment and build tools that work.
- Design rigorous evaluations testing AI tools against workflows, distinguishing what AI can reliably do from what it can't.
- Build and prototype agentic tooling and internal tools to test and scale effective approaches.
- Partner with teams across RP to understand workflows, surface use cases, and embed working solutions into practice.
