Business Immigration Associate

• In this role, you'll own day-to-day U.S. immigration casework including nonimmigrant visas and green card processes.
• Manage case strategies with external counsel, coordinate employee information, and troubleshoot obstacles to advance cases.
• Maintain regular communication with employees and stakeholders to ensure clarity about case status and next steps.
• Identify patterns and opportunities for process improvements, keeping documentation accessible and policies current.
• Field immigration inquiries and contribute to scaling immigration operations as the organisation grows.
