What you will drive
- Oversee and lead technical deliverables for design, construction, and commissioning of utility-scale standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
- Support EPC Leadership Team on supplier and contractor management across multiple equipment vendors and construction firms.
- Partner with Transmission, Interconnection, and Market Analysis teams to define, review, negotiate, and execute interconnection agreements.
- Assist with preparation and issuance of RFQ/RFP packages to EPC contractors and engineering consultants.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus in Power Engineering.
- 5-7+ years of experience in project engineering, development, procurement/contracting, and construction management within power generation, utility, and transmission industries.
- Experience with design, construction, commissioning, and operation of high-voltage utility substations, switchyards, and transmission systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent, including Revu Bluebeam, and Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel).
