Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of work experience with a demonstrable track record of line management and coaching.
- Strong strategic planning and judgment, with experience delivering complex programs in multi-stakeholder environments (ideally involving governments).
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; fluency in Portuguese desirable.
- High agency, comfort with risk and ambiguity, and willingness to travel 8-12 weeks per year.
