Senior Program Manager/Program Manager - Programs in Latin American Countries

• Manage Program Managers, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to programs in Latin American countries, including direct program management with government and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving internal systems, processes, and organizational learning.

This role directly contributes to eliminating childhood lead poisoning in Latin American countries, reducing a major health burden affecting one in three children worldwide.

• At least 5 years of work experience with a demonstrable track record of line management and coaching.
• Strong strategic planning and judgment, with experience delivering complex programs in multi-stakeholder environments (ideally involving governments).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; fluency in Portuguese desirable.
• High agency, comfort with risk and ambiguity, and willingness to travel 8-12 weeks per year.

Salary dependent on location and experience (e.g., $82,078 USD for NYC, £58,820 GBP for London, €60,429 EUR for Madrid, $1,089,220 MXN for Mexico City, R$325,298 BRL for São Paulo).
