Senior Program Manager

• Manage Program Managers and deliver programs advancing lead paint elimination across Latin America.
• Coach and develop Program Managers, providing strategic guidance and accountability for outcomes.
• Lead government and manufacturer engagement to introduce lead regulations, develop advocacy materials, and conduct studies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex stakeholder decisions, offering strategic and tactical support.

This role directly reduces childhood lead exposure by eliminating lead paint in Latin America, preventing lifelong health and cognitive damage.

• Experience managing programs and teams, preferably in public health or environmental advocacy.
• Strong coaching and strategic guidance skills.
• Ability to engage with government and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
