Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead LEEP's paint program in Indonesia, including conducting paint studies, supporting government regulation, and assisting manufacturers in switching to lead-free paints.
  • Engage with policymakers across multiple ministries and agencies to introduce and implement lead paint regulation.
  • Provide technical assistance to paint manufacturers and manage relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Design project plans, troubleshoot program blockers, and share learnings to improve programs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Deep knowledge of the Indonesian government landscape and experience navigating government or public sector relationships in Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Highly autonomous, enterprising, and a creative problem-solver comfortable with risk and ambiguity.
  • Full professional proficiency in English required; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
