Role details
Lead strategic initiatives modernizing state health and human services delivery through AI and human-centered design.
- Launch and lead the Government Accelerator, helping state agencies design and implement AI-enabled modernization projects.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across government, nonprofit, and technical partners; convene diverse groups for collaborative problem-solving.
- Own complex programs from strategy through implementation, adjusting course as constraints and information emerge.
- Requires 6–9 years in civic technology, public sector innovation, health services, or nonprofit strategy with demonstrated program leadership.
- Requires experience working directly with state government agencies and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
