• Own conversion rate optimisation across the e-commerce funnel from first website visit to closed sale
• Define and execute the product roadmap for our martech team
• Drive experimentation and data-driven decision making
• Reduce cost and manual effort in marketing and inside sales through smarter automation and AI-powered workflows

• Experience in e-commerce, Marketing, Sales or any related experience for consumer-facing digital products in the Growth field
• Customer-first mindset with regular customer research & experimentation
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using insights, analytics & experimentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong English & German proficiency
