Senior Product Manager, BuildOS

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver BuildOS software platform for design, construction planning, print execution, and fleet management.
• Run day-to-day delivery, partner with engineering leads, and connect software team with robotics, field operations, and business development.
• Share clear status with leadership, raise risks early, and help shape the product roadmap.

This role enables ICON to scale its innovative 3D-printed housing solutions by ensuring the software platform that powers design, construction, and fleet management is delivered efficiently, accelerating the deployment of affordable, sustainable housing.

• 8+ years in product management, technical program management, or hybrid role, with at least 2 years in senior or lead role.
• Strong fluency with Jira or similar tools; managed backlogs, sprint plans, and roadmaps at scale.
• Experience coordinating work between software and hardware, operations, or field teams.
• Clear communication across audiences; ability to explain delivery status and tradeoffs to non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
