Senior Product Development Program Manager

• Lead JIEMS software development projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment to Project requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Drive program planning and execution across the SDLC, establishing integrated schedules, milestones, and clear definitions of done.
• Communicate program health to stakeholders and executives, translating technical progress into business impact via metrics and clear narratives.
• Track and manage program financials (vendor SOWs, forecasts, burn), ensuring transparency and adherence to approved budgets.

This role ensures the successful delivery of R&D programs that advance Hitachi Energy's mission of providing sustainable energy solutions, directly contributing to the global transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification required (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management leading cross-functional teams in a development environment.
• Proficient in project management software (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.).
