Senior Power Systems Engineer – ERCOT

• Lead a team of power system engineers performing modeling and NERC technical studies for clients.
• Manage client accounts, support business development, and oversee project management.
• Perform advanced power grid studies using PSCAD, PSS/e, and DSA Tools.
• Drive process improvements and develop team capabilities.

This role helps design the grid of the future by enabling renewable energy integration and ensuring grid reliability, contributing to a sustainable energy transition.

• Proficient with PSCAD and at least one of PSSE, TSAT, or PSLF.
• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering with power system emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years of power system industry experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
