What you will drive
- Lead a team of power system engineers performing modeling and NERC technical studies for clients.
- Manage client accounts, support business development, and oversee project management.
- Perform advanced power grid studies using PSCAD, PSS/e, and DSA Tools.
- Drive process improvements and develop team capabilities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proficient with PSCAD and at least one of PSSE, TSAT, or PSLF.
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering with power system emphasis.
- Minimum 5 years of power system industry experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Wide range of experience with ERCOT modeling requirements and procedures.
