Senior Portfolio Manager

• Lead the management of X-energy's deployment project portfolio, including resource planning, demand/supply synchronization, and performance metrics.
• Direct engagement with matrixed teams (HR, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to establish unified resourcing plans across the portfolio.
• Own the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of portfolio management tools and processes.
• Champion knowledge capture and lessons learned to optimize portfolio performance and accelerate deployment.

This role directly supports the deployment of advanced nuclear energy technology, contributing to clean energy generation and climate change mitigation by ensuring efficient and effective project portfolio management.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; professional project management qualification (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
• 12+ years of project/program management experience in multi-project environments with portfolio-level planning responsibility.
• Experience in planning and executing complex projects from concept to operation, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing project/portfolio teams and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
