What you will drive

  • Provide healthcare/housing subject matter expertise and support for Homebase's team of policy analysts, attorneys, and technical assistance specialists.
  • Cultivate impactful partnerships with diverse stakeholders to scale best strategies for healthcare and housing/homelessness system partnerships.
  • Lead creation of high-quality written, visual, and data-informed tools for local and national audiences.
  • Develop policy and process solutions addressing gaps in health/housing integration and engage policymakers.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Work, volunteer, lived experience, or education equivalent to MPA, MPP, MSW, or JD and at least 8+ years of work experience leading projects and programs.
  • Experience with cross-systems strategies relating to social determinants of health, including partnerships between homelessness services and health care systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including public speaking and facilitation experience.
  • Strong team and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
