Mission
What you will drive
- Own and execute Fuse Energyโs paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Display) to drive rapid customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Plan, manage, and scale performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximum lifetime value (LTV).
- Build, deploy, and scale LLM automation workflows to streamline campaign creation, optimization, and audience management.
- Own deployment of tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager, custom pixels, and app install tracking to ensure data accuracy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles within a high-growth startup, scaleup, or top-tier digital agency.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media spend and managing multi-million-pound budgets efficiently.
- Deep hands-on familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, web/app event mapping, and modern tracking technologies.
- Deep technical expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic networks.
