Senior People Systems Analyst

• Principal configurator of all Workday modules, reports, and business processes
• Thoughtfully architect HR data across all systems
• Manage administration of review cycles and HR-related integrations
• Serve as employee point of contact for HR systems questions

This role enables KoBold Metals to efficiently manage its growing global workforce, ensuring smooth HR operations that support the company's mission to accelerate mineral exploration for the green energy transition.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR systems and Workday configuration
• Expert-level proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel (or data programmatic tools like Python, Tableau, Airtable)
• Power-user of AI and automation to replace repetitive work
• Exceptional project management and communication skills

Full-time exempt position with base salary range $90,000 - $160,000 USD, plus equity and benefits including 401k matching. Remote-first workplace with occasional travel.
