What you will drive
- Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor for business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent practices, compensation, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Lead organizational transformations and design organizations aligned with business strategy to drive change and transition management.
- Facilitate people experience programs including onboarding, performance management, high-potential development, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
- Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
