Senior People Partner

• Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor for business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent practices, compensation, employee relations, and learning and development.
• Lead organizational transformations and design organizations aligned with business strategy to drive change and transition management.
• Facilitate people experience programs including onboarding, performance management, high-potential development, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
• Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role shapes the culture and effectiveness of the teams developing autonomous vehicle technology, directly contributing to safer, more efficient urban mobility and reducing transportation's environmental impact.

• 8+ years of experience as a People Partner/HRBP.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in organizational design, change management, and project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting, and influencing skills; strong judgment in assessing employee and business risk.
