Senior Partnerships Officer - Education Sector, Africa

Lead a portfolio of government-facing foundational learning reforms across Africa, identifying opportunities, securing funding, and supporting partners to deliver results at scale.
- Identify and develop promising reform opportunities by building relationships with governments, ecosystem actors, and potential partners across Africa.
- Develop funding proposals, secure approvals, and manage investment decisions for 2–4 government-led reform initiatives.
- Track performance data, conduct field visits, and provide targeted support to help funded partners solve problems and achieve milestones.
- Requires 10+ years engaging governments, funders, and implementing organizations to drive complex initiatives with demonstrable results.
- Requires experience in education systems and comfort with independent decision-making, travel, and hands-on partnership support.
