Senior Partner Success Manager, Western US

• Own the success of advanced transportation systems across a portfolio of partners, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, translating their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities and driving decisions that improve service outcomes.
• Lead analysis of service performance data, turning complex datasets into strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and growth.
• Independently lead multi-year contract renewals and service expansions, managing high-stakes negotiations to increase revenue.

By optimizing transit networks and expanding services, the Senior Partner Success Manager helps reduce inequities in mobility and contributes to more sustainable urban environments.

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships independently in consulting, customer success, or a high-growth company.
• Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to draw conclusions from complex data sets and drive strategic decisions.
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who brings clarity and confidence to complex, politically sensitive situations.
• Reliable, motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and helps shape how things are done.

Base Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000. Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching. Equity and variable pay may also apply.
