Senior Originator

• Originate, prioritize, and negotiate generator PPAs, corporate PPAs, corporate supply agreements, OTC energy commodity contracts, BESS optimisation agreements, and green certificate agreements, primarily in Sweden and selectively across Nordic markets, to maximise incremental NPV.
• Build and manage a Sweden-led, forward-looking deal pipeline aligned with regional market strategies and ambitious growth targets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-regional bids where the primary commercial scope sits within the relevant market domain.
• Optimise the existing portfolio through renegotiations, contract extensions, terminations, and targeted risk profile adjustments.

This role directly accelerates the transition to renewable energy by structuring and executing transactions that enable clean energy projects and corporate decarbonisation, particularly in Sweden and the Nordic region.

• Extensive experience originating and executing renewable and corporate PPAs and structured energy transactions, with a strong track record in the Swedish market.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple markets in the Nordic region, including ability to compare regulatory frameworks, pricing dynamics, and route-to-market models.
• Strong understanding of route-to-market operating models, energy value chains, and non-standard transaction processing.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain senior relationships with generators, developers, investors, utilities, banks, and corporate customers.
