Senior Operations Manager

• Own and manage a large and/or complex market or regional operations team, ensuring operating metrics and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Manage warehouse operations with operational excellence and compliance, collaborating with Facilities and EHS teams.
• Define and implement operations strategy including workforce planning, P&L management, RFP prep, and competitor monitoring.
• Represent Lime with city officials, community members, and businesses to promote safety and ridership.

• 5+ years of work experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or similar fields.
• 3+ years people management experience attracting, developing, and motivating warehouse staff.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a major plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
