Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager

Lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives for education technology programs across Nigerian states, designing frameworks and conducting impact research.
- Design comprehensive M&E frameworks, data collection systems, and research methodologies to track program impact on literacy and numeracy outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end evaluation projects including RCTs, from instrument design through fieldwork, analysis, and stakeholder reporting.
- Build standardized SOPs, tools, and templates for data collection, management, and reporting across programs.
- Manage government research engagement with Nigerian state education ministries and pursue partnership opportunities with funders.
- Requires Ph.D. in social sciences, data science, or education plus 6+ years M&E experience in international development or education programs.
