What you will drive
- Lead the enterprise talent and leadership development strategy, aligning with HR priorities and business objectives to strengthen workforce capability and succession readiness.
- Design and deliver executive and enterprise leadership development programs, including coaching, assessments, and learning pathways.
- Oversee the Talent and Leadership Development team, ensuring quality program delivery, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and resource planning for talent development and training programs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit

- Advanced knowledge of talent development, leadership development, succession planning, adult learning, and capability-building practices.
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, conflict management, decision-making, interpersonal communication, and presentation/facilitation.
