Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead day-to-day management of affinity and professional groups (Women in the Footwear Industry & Human Resources), executing strategic plans and delivering against program goals.
  • Own operations including planning and delivering in-person and virtual events (networking, leadership summits, panels), coordinating stakeholders (Advisory Board & Leadership Council), and ensuring consistent member experiences.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and frameworks to scale impact efficiently, and identify opportunities for new approaches and partnerships.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 6–8 years of experience in program/project management, events, marketing/communications, and/or community relations.
  • Conference/event planning experience (virtual and in-person) and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes, templates, and frameworks to scale programs.
  • Comfort with measurement and reporting (e.g., engagement metrics, survey insights, dashboards) and strong written/verbal communication skills.
