Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

• Build marketing operations from the ground up, including strategy-aligned processes, marketing automation, and additional solutions to deliver reliable data, trustworthy reporting, clean automation, and compliant processes across business lines and regions.
• Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), manage marketing data architecture, campaign taxonomy, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
• Create and mature reporting and attribution capabilities, oversee website operations and agency management, and establish consent and privacy operations with a global preference/subscription center.

This role directly supports the growth of renewable energy, clean fuels, and wholesale power markets by building the marketing infrastructure that enables transparent, credible environmental claims, accelerating the global energy transition.

• 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments, with 2+ years of marketing ops leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on administration experience with leading marketing automation solutions and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM).
• Experience building lead scoring and lifecycle automation at scale, delivering trusted attribution, and implementing AI tools for GTM workflows.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder enablement practices; bonus for Pardot, consent/privacy programs, energy/environmental commodities industry, and WordPress experience.
