Senior Manager (Hybrid/Remote - US)

• Lead the planning, administration, and performance of major Energy Efficiency programs, setting strategic direction and driving operational and financial performance.
• Build and scale organizational capability by developing staff, establishing implementation standards, and evolving quality frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership to guide program planning, strengthen delivery frameworks, and ensure high-quality execution across teams.
• Drive business development efforts by leading proposals, scopes of work, and client presentations.

This role directly contributes to large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings by leading market-based energy efficiency programs, helping combat climate change and promote sustainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy).
• Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience leading complex programs in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or related regulated industry.
• Five or more years of experience leading teams with accountability for delivery outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Deep understanding of Demand Side Management energy-efficiency program design, delivery models, and regulatory frameworks.

Salary range: $105,000 to $137,000 (target $105,000–$123,300). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
