Senior Manager

• Growing our Construction Disputes business, with a focus on developing, expanding, and managing client relationships domestically and internationally
• Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and promoting Exponent’s diverse service offerings in collaboration with other consultants
• Project management and executing projects to deliver final work product to clients
• Recruiting, developing and mentoring staff in the Construction Consulting Practice

This role contributes to Exponent's mission of creating a safer, healthier, more sustainable world by solving clients' most urgent challenges through engineering and scientific consulting.

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 15+ years of experience in project/construction management or construction consulting
• Experience in construction claims, litigation services and construction consulting services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary. The base salary range is dependent on experience and capabilities. Additional benefits information is available on Exponent's Life@Exponent page.
