Senior Manager, Development

Cultivate and secure funding from California-based individual donors and foundations to advance the Partnership's government effectiveness mission.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for a portfolio of 40+ California funders and prospects, directly soliciting individuals and foundations.
- Identify and cultivate new individual and foundation prospects through donor research and relationship-building methods.
- Design and execute cultivation events, steward donors, and draft grant proposals and reports.
- Requires 7+ years progressively responsible fundraising or business development experience and 2+ years cultivating individual donors of $10,000+.
- Requires prospect research experience and familiarity with donor relationship management systems; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
