Mission

What you will drive

  • Design, manage, and support cross-cultural innovation initiatives to destigmatize mental health and increase help-seeking behaviors in marginalized communities.
  • Develop strategies to expand culturally responsive programming across NAMI affiliates and with community partners.
  • Track project/grant activity, provide regular reporting, and collaborate with internal departments to integrate initiatives into NAMI platforms.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, including awareness of systemic biases and discrimination.
  • Previous work experience focused on engagement and/or collaboration with minoritized communities.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field and 5โ€“7 years directly related experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing demands.
