Senior Manager, Cross Cultural Innovation & Engagement (CCIE)

• Design, manage, and support cross-cultural innovation initiatives to destigmatize mental health and increase help-seeking behaviors in marginalized communities.
• Develop strategies to expand culturally responsive programming across NAMI affiliates and with community partners.
• Track project/grant activity, provide regular reporting, and collaborate with internal departments to integrate initiatives into NAMI platforms.

This role directly reduces mental health stigma and improves access to care for marginalized communities by leading culturally responsive programs and partnerships.

• Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, including awareness of systemic biases and discrimination.
• Previous work experience focused on engagement and/or collaboration with minoritized communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years directly related experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing demands.
